Recycleye receive share of largest-ever European innovation fund

Recycleye to receive largest-ever European innovation funding round

The Recycleye team is excited to have been selected to receive funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC) as part of its support for innovative companies bringing new technologies to market.

We successfully competed against applications from companies in more than 21 European countries and will now receive a share of funding from the total 627m euros fund.  This financial assistance will contribute to the further development of our AI-powered waste sorting automation solutions.

Our success was confirmed by EIC following a very rigorous process.  This included initial screening, followed by a full assessment of our detailed application and interview with an expert jury of investors and entrepreneurs.

The EIC Accelerator offers start-ups and SMEs grants of up to 2.5m euros. In addition to financial support, all projects benefit from a range of Business Acceleration Services that provide access to leading expertise, corporates, investors and ecosystem actors.
